Trio pro poslední dny léta.
Tato sada spojuje naše limitované edice extra panenských olivových olejů Castelvetrano a Kalamata s olejem Ember, naším novým sezónním octem z ancho chilli – výrazným, kyselým a ideálním na grilování, zálivky, pokapávání a vychutnání každého posledního letního jídla.
The ancho chili vinegar is the star here—that smoky tang works wonders on grilled veggies and even drizzled over vanilla ice cream for a weirdly good combo. The Castelvetrano oil is buttery and mild, perfect for finishing salads without overpowering. Definitely grabbing another trio before it’s gone
The Kalamata oil has this deep, grassy finish that made my grilled vegetables taste like they came off a restaurant line, and the chili vinegar gave the whole thing a smoky kick. I've already gone through half the set in a week.
The ancho chili vinegar is a total game-changer—tangy with just the right kick, and it made my grilled veggies taste incredible. The Castelvetrano oil is so smooth and buttery, perfect for finishing dishes without overpowering them. This trio genuinely captures those last warm evenings before fall.
