Lucy ★★★★★

The instant I tasted it, I knew this wasn't the usual bottle of olive oil from the grocery store. It's ridiculously smooth and almost buttery on the tongue, with that fresh, vibrant flavor that makes you want to just sip it straight. Really glad they brought this back—it easily lives up to the hype.

Grace ★★★★★

This is my third bottle in six months—it’s become the only olive oil I reach for when I want that grassy, slightly peppery finish on a salad. The crispness is exactly what you’d expect from a snacking olive, and it’s held up beautifully in the pantry without turning bitter.

Hannah ★★★★★

That green-gold pour is ridiculously vibrant, almost too pretty to cook with, and the flavor is as crisp as the description promises. I've been drizzling it over salads and dipping bread in it every day since the bottle arrived.
