The double-fermentation gives these vinegars a genuinely fruit-forward kick, and I’ve used them on salads and a few cheese plates with decent results. They’re pretty, but for the price I expected a bit more complexity in the flavor, and the bottles are smaller than they look in the photos. Works fin
