The cold-pressed California olive oil base really shines through — it’s smooth but carries a serious herbal kick that wakes up a simple bowl of soup. I’ve already gone through half the bottle in a week, and the heat builds just enough without overwhelming the dish.
I've used it on eggs, pasta, and even garlic bread, and it's so easy to drizzle just the right amount. The cold-pressed olive oil base definitely comes through, and the herb kick isn't overpowering. Took me two bottles to get through a month.
Drizzled this over a fresh margherita and the herbs really came through without drowning the tomato. The heat builds slowly, and the olive oil base tastes clean rather than greasy. Glad I finally caught it back in stock.
