Das Essig-Duo

The white vinegar has such a crisp, clean bite that I've started using it in my evening spritz instead of lemon—total game changer. The dark one poured over vanilla ice cream is weirdly perfect, and both bottles look gorgeous sitting on my counter.

The pear and honey notes in the second bottle are so lively that I’ve been drizzling it over simple goat cheese and it steals the show every time. Both vinegars have that clean, double-fermented tang that makes a basic salad dressing taste like something from a restaurant.

The double-fermentation really comes through—both vinegars have this layered tang that makes a simple salad dressing taste like it took effort. I've been drizzling one over fresh strawberries with cracked pepper and it's dangerously good.
