The smoky ancho really comes through, but it’s the habanero heat that lingers just long enough on the back of the tongue. I’ve been drizzling it over roasted veggies and even a bit on grilled fish, and that sweet-tangy kick makes everything taste like summer.
This one’s got a sweetness that sneaks up right before the heat lands, and it’s perfect drizzled over grilled veggies. The ancho really comes through in the finish, smoky without being overpowering. I’ve already gone through half the bottle in a week.
The smoky heat from the ancho and habanero peppers hits right away but the tangy sweetness from the bell peppers balances it perfectly. I've been drizzling it over grilled corn and even a little on vanilla ice cream for a weird but amazing kick.
