Huile d'olive au citron, mélange sur mesure pour des plats brillants et des heures dorées. Fabriquée avec amour à partir d'olives broyées quelques heures après la récolte et infusée avec de l'huile de zeste de citron éclatante.
The citrus note is so clean it almost tastes like fresh zest, and the olive base stays rich enough to hold its own. I've been drizzling it over roasted veggies and even vanilla ice cream, and both turned out gorgeous. This bottle won't last long in my kitchen.
The lemon kick is bright and smells like actual zest, not artificial candy. I've been finishing salads with a splash of it for the past week and the flavor stays fresh without turning bitter. This is what I’ll be gifting to every cook I know.
Drizzled this over grilled fish and the lemon scent hit me right as I opened the bottle, that bright peel oil smells like actual citrus zest. The olives really do taste fresher than any store-bought lemon oil I've tried, almost grassy underneath.
