The fruit-infused vinegars are the real standout here—they've got that bright, peak-season tang that makes salads feel like a restaurant dish. The set itself is beautifully put together, and the cold-pressed oils have a clean, grassy finish that's perfect for finishing dishes.
The fruit-infused vinegars are what sold me—they've got that bright, fresh acidity that makes any salad feel like a restaurant dish.
