Natalie ★★★★★

The peppery finish on this one is exactly what I wanted—it lingers just enough to prove those polyphenols are doing their job. Drizzled it over roasted vegetables and even a plain slice of sourdough, and both tasted noticeably brighter. Cold-pressed early harvest really does make a difference.

The kick from those early harvest Arbosana olives is exactly what I look for in a finishing oil, and the polyphenol richness still holds its bite even after a week open. I've been drizzling it over simple salads and grilled bread, and it genuinely lifts the whole plate without any bitterness lingeri

The peppery finish on this one is unmistakable—you can really tell those olives were picked early. I’ve been drizzling it over simple salads and it makes the whole plate taste more alive. Polyphenol count was the selling point for me, and the kick on the back of my throat proves it’s the real deal.
