The Classic Oil & Vinegar Duo

I've been making my own vinaigrette every night since this duo arrived, and the olive oil has such a clean, peppery finish that it actually makes the salad the best part of dinner. The balsamic pours thick and coats greens perfectly without needing much else.

The balsamic vinegar is so dark and sweet that a little goes a long way on my salads, and the olive oil has that nice peppery finish I look for. I've been using the duo as a quick dip for fresh bread almost every night.
