The ancho chili vinegar is a total game-changer—tangy with just the right kick, and it made my grilled veggies taste incredible. The Castelvetrano oil is so smooth and buttery, perfect for finishing dishes without overpowering them. This trio genuinely captures those last warm evenings before fall.
The packaging was nice and the trio arrived intact, but I'm torn on the ancho chili vinegar—it's got a solid kick, yet I expected a bit more depth from the smoky side. The Castelvetrano oil is smooth and fruity, though I wish the bottles were a touch larger for the price.
