Parasol Champagne Vinegar

The orange note is so bright and juicy it actually makes the chardonnay taste come alive on the finish. I've been using it in a simple citrus vinaigrette and it's turned into my new favorite kitchen staple.

I wasn’t expecting the chardonnay base to give it such a smooth, almost buttery finish, but it makes the orange brightness taste even cleaner. I’ve been using it on salads and even a quick roasted vegetable toss, and the double fermentation really shows in how balanced it is.

The orange note really comes through without being sweet—it brightens up my salad dressing in a way regular wine vinegar never did. I've been drizzling it over roasted vegetables too, and the chardonnay gives it a roundness that's hard to describe but delicious.
