Rapture 巴薩米克醋

I opened the bottle and the zinfandel grape depth hit me first, then the blackberry sweetness followed. It's thick and raw, not watery like grocery store balsamics, and a tiny splash on a salad made everything taste expensive. This limited batch is gone fast, so I'm already on my second bottle.

The blackberry note really comes through without being sugary, which is rare for a flavored vinegar. I've been finishing roasted vegetables with it and the depth from that double fermentation is noticeable. Texture is syrupy enough that a little goes a long way.

I've been drizzling this over vanilla ice cream and roasted figs all week, and the zinfandel grape depth makes it feel way more expensive than it is. You can tell it's raw and unfiltered from the first pour, and the blackberry finish lingers just enough to keep you coming back.
