Vinaigre balsamique Rapture

I poured it over vanilla ice cream last night and the blackberry-zinfandel tang cut through the sweetness perfectly. You can really taste the double fermentation and how raw it is, nothing like the mass-produced stuff. That tiny batch from family farms is worth every penny.
